VIBECOVERY: The new exhibition of concert photos “Beyond sound VOL. 2” is coming soon to Route 66

The opening of the exhibition of concert photos “Beyond Sound Vol. 2” is scheduled for Wednesday, October 23, 2024, from 7 p.m. at the location of the cult rock oasis Route 66 – Zagreb at the address Paromlinska Cesta 47.

Under the organizational baton of Leonora Bedić (Ribek Artz), the upcoming event is a continuation of the original exhibition organized in the Močvara club in April 2024, when the forthcoming wave of the rock photography artistic movement was presented, which unfortunately has been slightly “forgotten” and put aside somewhere in today’s time.

The exhibition is supported by the cultural and artistic portal Ludvig Design. At the same time, the creative digital agency division from Rijeka is responsible for the graphic design of the visuals. The cover photo is by Nika Kovačević.

The exhibition’s opening starts at 7:00 p.m., with a surprise, namely a live acoustic show by a Zagreb singer-songwriter whose name will not be revealed until the opening. The exhibition will last until November 6, 2024. The entrance is free, and the exhibition itself will present 23 concert photos of these talented authors:

Review of the group exhibition of concert photos – BEYOND SOUND VOL. 2:
The theme of the concert photography group exhibition this time brought together 23 photographers who photograph various musical events. Because of them, we are delighted to immerse ourselves in a world where music and photography are intertwined in a unique form of art, given that concert photography is a distinctive subgenre of professional photography.

Concert photographers are also highly appreciated because preparations are vital at every concert. However, some photographers don’t even need that because they “have it in them,” and the amount of skill can be counted on the fingers of both hands.
