The young and talented musician Sergej Božić wins over the audience again, this time with the song “Blef“, which he premiered at the Zagreb Festival on April 4. Sergej, known for his success in the fourth season of the show The Voice Croatia, where he reached the semi-finals, continues to build his musical career with great passion and dedication.
The song “Blef” was created spontaneously, during relaxed socializing and creative research. Sergej found inspiration in searching for the musical direction that best suits his artistic expression. Laura Sušec, who is responsible for the melody, Matej Magdić, and arranger Domagoj Perišić collaborated on the song, whose work further emphasized the emotional depth of the song.
The song is accompanied by an attractive video, directed by Tin Majnarić. Shooting the video required a lot of patience and creativity – the props were hung for hours so that each scene would tell its own story. The result is a visually striking video that perfectly accompanies the atmosphere of the song.
Sergej, who is only 20 years old, has shown an exceptional talent for music from an early age. Although he does not come from a musical family, he graduated from primary music school for guitar and secondary music school majoring in solo singing. His ability to convey emotions through performances has already won the hearts of audiences and critics alike.
The first independent single “Neke duše” was well received, and “Bluff” confirms his ability to explore new sounds and create music that leaves a strong impression. Sergej’s enthusiasm and adaptability allow him to bring every song to life in his own unique way.
At the Zagreb Festival, Sergej prepared a simple but effective performance so that the audience could feel the energy of the song and enjoy it together with him. His performance was accompanied by a striking blue fashion combination that further attracted attention.
The song “Blef” is available on all streaming platforms, and the positive reactions of the audience and the media confirm that this particular ballad could mark Sergej’s career. As he continues to explore new creative challenges, his name is becoming more recognizable throughout the region.
